So I wrote this track a while ago and shelved it. As I was bumming around at work it popped back into my head so I dusted it off, added the necessary touches and went for it. It took a bit of thinking about but I hope it strikes a nice balance of busyness and space. I hope you love it- it gets VERY stuck in my head.

Oh - and the 'dark native green' that I sing about is the beautiful colour of our native bush in te Waipounamu. The Manuka and beach forest form this Korowai along the alps and the black trunks beneath the new-green tipped leaves give it a depth I haven't seen anywhere else. Ahh... home.
